Saltwell Harriers Fell Race - 5.5 miles 1000' ascent -Tuesday 7th July 2009Thank you to everyone who helped at this year’s Saltwell Harriers Fell Race and to those of you who ran.
This year saw another good turn out with 76 runners and the men's course record broken by Ben Abdelnoor of Ambleside AC by 4 seconds - well done Ben!
